🔁 Return & Withdrawal Policy

✅ Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU resident, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party) received the goods.

• To exercise this right, please contact us at team.pl8slider@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• You must return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us.

• We will refund your full order amount, excluding shipping costs, once we receive the product in its original, unused condition.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be returned in the original packaging, including all parts and accessories.

• Items that show signs of installation or use may not be eligible for a full refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Products damaged due to improper use or installation

• Items returned without prior communication

• Any product showing wear, modification, or tampering

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Products
